package has still not arrived

Someone texted yesterday that they will deliver the pcakage "later". more than 24 hours later, no one has contacted me. Amazing, I would never choose 'Shopee standard delivery' again. J&T and Entrego, even Ninjavan are more reliable.
It's usually takes 7 days to arrive and now is the 12th day.
