I'm proud of myself

We've been eating out more than usual lately. However, I am sticking to my new diet. Instead of ordering unhealthy foods I am choosing healthier options.
My friend is going by Whataburger and offered to pick me something up. Instead of a burger or something I chose to get a salad.
I am really doing this. I have my mind set to it.
I just hope I don't lose my motivation. I know it happens sometimes. Hopefully I can keep up with this new diet and not fail.

I'm at that point as well. You just have to set your mind to eating healthier and realize it's a major lifestyle change. You have to change the way you think about food and think about fueling your body with the nutrients it needs.

Have you ever heard of the website called Achievement? The website just might be what you need. Such website is about fitness and nutrition.

No I haven't but I will check it out. I am using eatthismuch.com to make meal plans and myfitnesspal to keep a food diary and track my calories.

You can do it. Just keep reminding yourself of the benefits you'll enjoy. I think it helps when you are accountable to someone and think of us as the friends who will cheer you on.
