But it's hard to maintain the social distance as I work in a manufacturing company where have around 1500 workers and we have to interact a lot with the people and to survive we need to work. Although we wear face masks and sanitize our hands frequently but still we are not safe

There is no magical remedy. Even the vaccines don't provide a full proof protection. You can still be infected after the shot but with less intensity.
Right now we all need to act sensible and responsible for our own health and that of community. Safety measures can't be dropped but people are doing it.

There is no remedy and I understand now what you are saying. It is very sad. Here too people do or do not wear masks or do or do not social distance. It is so sad. I got both vaccines but not sure if that really helps or not. The only thing I can think of if the virus goes far away and stays away.

People must wear masks and practice social distancing EVEN IF they have received both vaccinations. You can still catch the virus.

We have many covic cases now in spite of the vaccine. In part it is people and in part ott is the government´s fault.

The disease has lasted far too long for people to follow protocol.

There's nothing you can do. The issue isn't in weather or not people follow "rules", but that the fact that this is a virus. It's going to infect whomever it wants, when it wants. The so-called perventions, don't stop the virus in its tracks. They can only, supposedly, slow it down. Wearing masks cary serious health risks to some people, worse than the risk of getting the virus, itself.
If worn correctly, masks create a filter for some particals going into the air.... until they get wet (which happens after a few minutes of breathing) so if it is airborn you can still get it simply by walking out your front door. You can still breathe it in or come in contact with it, when you go to remove that mask. Since we can't live in a bubble, we just need to keep living. Don't let numbers scare you.
