cursive is style of handwriting in which all the letters in a word are connected, making a word single stroke word. it is to improve the writing sktill for kids. freestyle but words are connected to make single stroke word.

I am doing engineering,3rd year.I know how to write cursive writing,because if we don't know in the college friends will tease like anything,so i learnt writing cursive writing from the childhood onwards.

I know it but rarely use it. I think the only time I write in cursive is when I sign my name or fill out a check.

I do not know. I was not taught; neither I came across it till my six year old grand daughter started cursive writing. Yes she knows cursive writing.

Yes, I was required to learn it in school. I use it quite a bit. I think sometimes it's quicker for me to write in cursive since all the letters run together more smoothly or something. I sort of think it's fun. hehe
