The ego is an illusion created by the mind, which is sometimes useful, but often brings unnecessary suffering.
Freedom starts from seeing the truth that all self-stories are fiction, just like embodying a fictional character in a movie.
This miracle of life can be experienced immediately, regardless of past memories and shadows of the future.
Memories and predictions are artificial, ephemeral like the content of the mind, freeing oneself from all concepts and even self-concepts.
Relax and enjoy the sight that is before your eyes, the panorama and the smells, sounds and tastes in the embrace of this moment.
The reality is simple, like watching a play on a stage play, but without an audience, and you are not the actor either.
Everything just happens, playing in the arena of being, thought exists but without thinkers, coming-there and going-nothing.
Take light steps as if they were automatic, for there is, the humor of the universe.
We are inseparable, body and soul, whose? What remains, once traced, shows clearly.
Where's the ego? It's just an illusion that isn't real, look at the mind without thinking, know:
The map is not the real world, the real mind is the tool but the content of the mind is just a concept.
See for yourself, he is not real, the ego is nowhere to be found but only as stories, memories, thoughts.
The fact is that nothing is certain, everything changes, no inner self or ego remains permanent, because everything has to change.
Suffering is clinging to something even though everything is bound to pass away, if there is pain but no need for inherent ego, then no subject will suffer. Understand this firsthand.
To practice egoless, not just theory and intellectual understanding, but a natural and direct understanding of truth;
Like the difference between seeing and hearing directly just imagining it.
The ego self is only imaginary and delusional.
Ask: are you real? Show me where! Is it true what you have in mind?

Rightly said. I feel ego is not good at all. It breaks relationships. A person who has ego becomes quite self centred and isn't open to new ideas.

That's very well put together.
If everything changes, what is it changing from, and what is it changing to, and for what reason is it changing?
All is real in the moment of its realness, and false in the next moment of its falseness, but what is really real stays with you, from each moment to each moment, and these things are love, truth, and God.
All else changes form, comes and goes, and are mere helpful steps on the ladder of life, taking us on a journey through that life to greater conscious understanding of why God created life to love.
