Not Eaten for Hours

During my lunch today, it just came to my mind that I have not eaten for 18 hours. My last food yesterday was my dinner last night at 6 in the evening. Then my brunch at 12.30 noon. I was not even hungry but I ate my rye bread for brunch.
It was the first time that I have noticed that long hours in between my dinner and my next meal. I have not eaten peanuts last night as I have eaten them all last week.
I don't know if it is healthy but I can't eat when I am not hungry and I seldom eat snacks.
How many hours is your interval from your dinner to the next meal?
Thank you for reading. Have a nice Tuesday/Wednesday.

I just checked what the OMAD diet is and there is no way, absolutely no way that I would ever do that! @RebeccasFarm

What is an OMAD diet? It is the first time I have heard of it. Thank you @RebeccasFarm.

I usually eat something light about 9 am, a sandwich lunch and a more substantial meal about 6.30pm - 18 hours without food is a long time

I have a snack before I go to bed at 11 pm and usually eat breakfast around 9am.

When I have peanuts at home, I eat them around 10 in the evening before going to bed. Then my next meal, brunch at 12.30 noon. I drink 2 mugs of creamy tea before eating brunch. Thank @BelleStarr.

Yes, that's true but not for me. When I was in the Philippines, I ate afternoon snacks as my nieces wanted some snacks. It was funny for me when my nieces told me that they were hungry again. They have just eaten their breakfast or lunch and hungry again. Thank you @sol_cee.

I pay attention to when I make the dinner. I usually cook at 5 pm and around 6 in the evening, dinner. At this time of the day, I am hungry. Thank you @aureategloom.

Was it intentional that you have let hours pass without munching anything? Could be psychosomatic. Are you on a diet? Are you depressed?
Nourishment is a must. The body needs it.

Going 18 hours without eating is what I sometimes do intentionally to control my blood sugars.

I try not to go too long without eating and pretty much eat at the same time every day. The days I'm not very hungry I do have a little bit of something just to have something in my stomach

I eat about every 8 hours. That is probably best for your blood sugar.

Probably @LindaOHio. That 8 hours, I am sleeping then I usually don't eat after dinner which is about 4 hours before I go to bed.
