Hutchinson Police officer Wells will simply tell anyone in his community that he is just doing his work to protect and serve by being photographed by someone when he was mowing the lawn free of charge for an elderly lady who has health problems and she could not mow her own lawn. Hutchinson Police Chief Jeff Hooper is issuing a challenge to all of his police officers to do good deeds for members of his community to improve the image of the police department on his city. With the social media is being used to promote good deeds acted by police officers, the goal of improving the image of police officers being the friend of the citizens in their hometown will be a success.

They need to do more of these good deeds for their community rather than doing false arrests or kneeling on someones neck or pepper spraying little girls faces

There are just a few rogue cops on every force.

That is really kind of Jeff. I hope his fellow officers also help out.

The majority of police officers have always been kind and respectful to all citizens. So, it is an mind-boggling that some people out there think they have not.

You are right since the media likes to stir the pot by painting police officers as villains.

That’s very commendable. It’s good to improve the image of police, but everyone should help others, too.
