It is much more valuable to look for the strength and good work of others. You can gain nothing by criticizing. Be an encourager. The world has plenty of critics already. Are you an encourager? (The image is my anime remix creation)

If the criticisms don't mean no ahrm, I don't see anything wrong with it.

Yeah you're right.. I agree with you , but when it's below the belt or that person is laughing at your work as if she is better than you, though everybody knows she's not. Isn't it upsetting?

@zoe316 Sometimes you have to know where the criticism is coming from. If that is your case you should not mind that person because obviously she has an agenda.

Yes I am. But i make constructive criticisms too. I have a friend who keeps on complaining about her husband because of his weaknesses. I cannot encourage such person to the same thing throughout her life. I will correct her. Otherwise, it will worsen the problem.

That's what we all need, someone that make constructive criticisms. Not destructive criticisms or below the belt that could hurt other feelings.

The world would be a better place if we all looked for the best in people instead of nit-picking.

Depends on the situation. I try to encourage most, but some encounters call for other responses.

I don't think that criticism is bad. I mean people free criticize but try not to hurt the people you criticize. Because criticism can usually bring you back from your mistakes and change for the better.
