Sleeping with someone with AIDS

If you sleep with someone that had AIDS and they did not tell you what would you do?

There is no problem because I always use preservatives !

If they did not tell you, how would you know? I don't think people go get checked right after they slept with someone new. And even if they did, Aids does not show up right away. But, if I found out after I slept with someone that they had AIDS, there is nothing I could do about it. Maybe go and get the medicine's for it.

I know someone that this happen to and the way she found out is throug his sister. So what Iam saying and you was told that the person had Aids in addition.
