I wanted mine to be, has those dark spots, nearing to rotten stage.
I always buy banana, and most of the time the seller asks me, why I choose those that has brown spots like almost overripe , well, it tasted much sweeter and, I am not really sure why.
How about you, how do you like your banana?
*Refer to the photo, that is my perfect stage of banana

Over ripe tastes sweeter, but for me, to just eat, I want it not so ripe. Just past the picture, a little riper, and I will use them to bake.

Yes it is really good. I went to the store when it opened and no bananas or carrots and I wanted both. Now, I am eating matza because it is our holiday of Passover where we were slaves in Egypt and the Jews that wanted to leave left through the Red Sea that parted and the Egyptians drown
