I need to lose like ten kilos. So i skip breakfast now. I usually had fried rice or rice cakes in the morning for breakfast. My mom said that it lead me to gain weight. If i wanna lose weight i could gave a simple snack for breakfast. Im looking up in youtube and tiktok about a healthy diet but yummy taste. They made a fried rice but it doesnt contain rice in it. So they switch the rice with oats. Can you imagine it? They said that one is yummy for us if we are on diet. I think I'll give it a try. What do you think?

I think it will work if you shorten eating the food.At least,it worked to me.i'm an autist, but i never gain my weight even if i always stayed at home and seldom did sports.Because i only have a lunch everyday,i seldom eat the breakfast and dinner.Meatime,i seldom eat the meat, most of time,i just eat the vegetables

Weight loss can be tricky. Just remember, starving yourself and skipping meals leads to weight gain. All you need to do, is make sure you're being active while enjoying what you eat.

@sophie09 you do it yourself. haha you buy cauliflower, cut the flowers, you can put it food processor, blender or you can grate it in a cheese grater

Rice and oats are both very healthy foods, for a simple basic diet. If you eat smaller amounts, but the exact same foods, you will lose weight. Just cut back on portion size, don't exclude foods you really enjoy. This is what the guru diet experts do to lose weight.

Not good to skip breakfast. In fact try not to starve. You'll gain more weight than losing it.

I think rice and oats have similar calories so have the one that you like best. I have used cauliflower "rice" for under stir fry. I like it. But I still have rice sometimes. I lost 15 kg without being hungry.

@sophie09 I put cauliflower in the food processor and turn it into "rice". You can buy it already shred into "rice"

I used to be like you on a diet too but with the guidance of a nutritionist because they will give you the right diet according to your body's metabolism and the type of illness you suffer from, I've been at 48kg, good luck
