Hello Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening to all my dear mylotters
I woke up in a very nice kind of weather. Sunny and warm. I will enjoy it later
Since, I`m trying to loose weight. I`m thinking if I eat less and also eat early dinner like 4:00pm and no midnight snack anymore after 6:00pm. Will that help? Did you tried having a diet like this? Does it really works?
Well. It is working for me but I still have my dancing exercise which helps a lot too.
Are you having a diet? Do you eat dinner before 6:00pm? Is it helpful to loose weight or you feel hungry after eating so early?
What time do you eat dinner?
I hope you can share it with me here
Have a great day and Happy mylotting

6 pm is way too early for me to have dinner. There is a possibility that my stomach will ask for some snack later

Oh ok. I think there is no problem with you. Enjoy eating while you don`t have any problem like me I need to lessen my food intake plus must eat early to digest it good before going to bed. I digest food slowly at night so I need to give time for that

I eat dinner at 8-8:30 pm dear. I believe in eating right I e. portion control and at right time along with any form of exercise. I have been able to reduce weight by doing so. Try eating healthy food and avoid fast food as much as possible, it will help you. Take care

@m_audrey6788 You need to eat food that is more digestible in the evening. Now that the temperature is going up, you should go out for a short walk after dinner.

I hear of what you call after diet where in you will no longer eat after six except for water. But it has been said that it is the same as IF

It`s ok. You don`t have to eat before 6pm all the time. As long as you eat when you`re hungry

I've lived in Argentina and China and have always wondered why people have dinner at different times and how does that affects their digestion... I have always felt better eating early and as little as possible. I have come across this useful information:
There’s nothing wrong with eating a light, healthy snack after dinner as long as you plan for it as part of your daily calories. To keep from overeating, pay attention to your food while eating, avoid eating in front of the TV, and choose a portion-controlled snack. Some good options are packaged 100 calorie snacks, small servings of popcorn, ice cream bars, low-fat yogurt, or fruit.
When you’re trying to lose weight, eat regular meals and consume 90% of your calories before 8 p.m. The benefit of eating meals every three to four hours is it helps regulate your blood sugar, and thus control hunger and cravings.

@m_audrey6788 Anytime! Also trying to lose some weight here, I'm also a big fan of fasting and low caloric diets, but if that is not your cup of tea, you could try beginning to cut portions especially at dinner time.

Not eating after 6 p.m. is also known as time-restricted eating or intermittent fasting. According to Scientist and Researchers, you will lose an average of one pound by
doing this diet strategy for 2 weeks.
But for the following 2 weeks you allowed yourself to eat at night, you will gain 1.3 pounds back

It`s ok. I think not eating too much can help loose weight. I have problem digesting my food at night time. That`s why I give more time for digesting time before going to bed
