how important do you think it is to be able to stay @ home with your children? (instead of working outside the home) I had a job where I only got a couple hours to be home and now thats not the case and Im seeing a big change in my family for the better.

All I can say is you do what you have to do for you family. At times it may be hard that you have to stay away and work but you are doing it for your family. If a person can afford to stay at home with the kids then I think they should it that is what they want.

If you can afford it, it's one of the best things you can do for your children. My wife stayed home with our daughter until she turned 2 and we still work opposite shifts so she doesn't have to be put into daycare.
