I must be having anxiety about going back to work in person

I had a school nightmare last night. I often have them in August when I am getting ready to return to work from summer vacation. Other teachers do too.
They usually have the same theme for me: many students in a class not doing what I tell them to do (sit down, stop talking, take your notebook out, etc). I don't know why I always dream about that being an issue because my students are usually pretty great for the most part.
I hope not to have too many more before May 1.

I am very nervous about having to return to the office.
Our managers tell us to watch our stats and then they tell us that soon we will be faced with returning to the office. Its like a threat. I even asked if they would send us back before we are all vaccinated, and she said they would.
I couldn't imagine that based on the fact that we have a workforce of all age groups.

I have similar dreams about going back to work onsite. Something that I'm not willing to do with this pandemic going on.

I can see that after working from home all this time.

A common thread of nightmares with me is either a work or school scenario. (I have been retired about 10 years) In the school scenario I usually can't find my school schedule; and I have no idea what my next class is, I can't open my locker; and I'm always late.
