I ate what I had for today at lunch as I had to feed Nicolás and as he is a young man, his appetite is bigger.
So now I´ll check what I have left. I don´t need much food as I don´t do much exercise either.
I washed most of the dishes and I only have to wash those I gave to Nicolás. I´m getting paranoid with the covid but I don´t want to mix my dishes with those of someone else. I sprayed them with a bit of water with chlorine and now I will wash them apart from mine.

My friend has a teenage son, and he eats more than the others, as he is growing and needs extra food.. 
I have learned that dish soap and even warm water kills the viruses..

You're just careful. I had some potatoes with butter and sour cream with fresh asparagus and steak. Dessert was fresh strawberries. Asparagus & strawberry, as is steak all sale items. And yet some days, only yogurt.
