Now why is he after me?

I have a friend ,we had a very heated argument few days back and at the end he said he doesn't like my behaviour. I could not understood what behaviour?.
I started talking very less with this person. But now again after 5-6 days he is after me and wants me to settle the relations again. I am not willing to settle it again and don't let him give a chance to insult me.
It's not strange sometimes we speak absurd when we are in anger therefore we should think before we speak.

I think you are right, just let the matter rest.

Some people tend to do that. A colleague of mine would lash out and insult like there's no tomorrow. Suddenly she want to speak to me like the whole thing never happened. I might not have a good memory on certain things but I can remember certain things for years. So I would remember whatever she said or did for a very long time. I certainly not interested to interact more for such person. We'll discuss work. Other than that, she can keep it for herself.

Not a bad idea. You don't need people like that in your life.

Can you not tell him you aren't interested in getting into the issue again and leave it at that?

Perhaps there is a way you can calmly talk things over with him or just let him know you do not wish to communicate with him
