My husband had nade a modest yet handy system to water the plants. It has been useful for over 20 years. A few months ago, my neighbor "loaned" me his gardener. Not only he was expensive but he said he was no gardener. He did landscapes. If couse, he was expensive. He had a helped that was nothing. Just brute force. Those kind of people that are immigrants and so they are abused until they learn. This young man was from Haiti and did not know Spanish. And he started to pound and excavate until the water did not come out. I hope I can fix it with Nicolás. Neanwhile I cannot water the grass.

Oh my, I am sorry, I am sorry to sound rude or racists, but Haitians are not good workers, they do not listen, they think that they are poor and we must give them money, but they do not like to work.

He was supposed to be the gardener´s helper. It was the gardener´s fault that he did not check his work.

@LadyDuck I paid the gardener. Maybe the man from Haiti was just given a few dollars.

@marguicha You are right, he had to keep an eye on the worker if he knew he was not experimented.

That's too bad. A little heavy handed, huh? I hope it gets straightened out soon.
