Absolute answer to this question for many is wife. But think throughout, dose your wife, Mom, Dad, Friends, siblings are your life partners?
No, your real life partner of is your body.
Once your body stops responding, no one is with you. Your body is with you from birth to death.
Be fit, take care of yourself.
Remember no one can help your body other than you
Pranayama for lungs
Meditation for mind
Yoga for body
Walking for heart
Good food for intestine
Good to thought for soul
Good karma for world

True, as long as you live.
But 'fatherhood' puts one in the mind that "the world is not 'about You.'" The world lives on for its own glory (call it 'the glory of God,' 'the glory of Allah,' etc.) You might achieve more if you set your mind to 'improving the world (for others, including yourself).' Then others will see that--since you prosper best when you aid them in their prosperity--they'll prosper better if they aid you in yours.
