Raining Like Crazy Here Right Now

Not a nice sunny Sunday for us around here, it is raining cats and dogs and it is very windy too.
Fortunately, it is not too cold.
My forsythias and daffodils are all out showing their bright yellow color. Lovely to see them in the rain.
I guess, today I will be doing some reading and maybe some cupboard organizing but only if I feel like it, it is not an emergency.

We had rain all day Saturday but on Sunday it was beautiful. Pretty went out and mowed the rest of the back yard. (We bought an electric lawn mower last year to replace our gas mower. The electric mower has to be recharged three times to mow the entire yard.)
I miss my spring flowers from the other house. We don't have anything here that blooms in the spring.

@marlina It's a lot bigger than the yard at the other house. We lived on a corner lot at the other house. This yard is between two other yards but it is deep. And there are lots of trees in this yard.
We put flowers in last year but they won't bloom until fall.

@marlina Yes for now it is welcomed. But a weather disturbance has been seen entering the country and will cause massive rains.

We got a little of that rain but not much. It was enough to cause the hyacinths to lay down their heads. They're still alive but no longer perky.

I think we are moving toward our rainy time. It was sure cloudy this afternoon. It is also a little chilly. Such a cute image.

It rained little yesterday here too. It was a sudden rain while I was having my night walk. Got all wet even though I have a hood with my winter jacket

Good Morning!
It rained cats and dogs here last night. I was glad it wasn't raining this morning so I could go walk.
We have a flower that blooms each year. I am not sure what it is but it's red with a yellow middle. It blooms in the morning and closes up in the evening.
