I Just Left It Off

After becoming so depressed this morning, watching the news, I decided to have a day without the news. I was watching Chicago PD, but after seeing police shooting people, and people shooting police I just felt like I couldn't take it anymore..Its after 12, so I still have it off. Things are happening so fast. I decided to do some uncluttering before I watch anymore news.. So hope you all have a great day.. I do feel some better.

There are many peaceful YouTube videos you could watch or listen to. Very relaxing.

Sometimes the best medicine is to give yourself a break and take care of yourself for once. One of the best things about cutting the cord, It's easier to control when and how I view the news. Or, If I view the news.

Yes, I am feeling better, and getting some much needed things done. I don't need nothing added. Thank you. Have a great day.

The news are so "discouraging" that it is hard to watch them, I do watch them again as I need to keep "up to date"

We only watch the news in the evenings. That's enough for me.

As someone who barely watches the news anymore, it's a sigh of relief without it. And then when I do, all the stress comes back. The only news I saw recently was in my area about how a large majority of animals were adopted and are now in loving and safe homes. Otherwise, I don't want to know. Have a good day!
