Guess I Should Get Moving

As in, I should get to my work out for the day. I will have a little over an hour to work out if I get to it right after this. It is a few minutes after 1 PM and I leave around 2:40 to go get my son from school.
I can always work again later today if I wanted (since I don't have to go to sleep early for tomorrow).
I most likely will just dance to different songs....rather than choose a work out to follow.

Dancing is great excersize!
i walked 10 miles total yesterday (mostly talking to coworkers)!

I joined a facebook group yesterday for women to boost each other up in their fitness goals.
Today I've walked twice. I finished all of my tasks and rewarded myself with a walk. I haven't lost any weight in a few days, but I am I have lost inches that the scale can not calculate.
Get it! Even if it's just five minutes, you'll be glad you got up and danced.

That is good to hear that you have. If that helps, then that is awesome!
That's great you walked that much and rewarded yourself with a walk. Some see that as a chore, but glad it was a reward.
I worked out for almost an hour.
