Defecating, yes, that's my experience when my stomach hurts as if it struggles to get out, I run to the restroom which is very lucky or it happens that the restroom doesn't queue that's where I feel the happiest person in the world but otherwise if the restroom is closed or someone is inside yes you can imagine. how about you have ever been in a situation or when you felt the happiest person in the world
