Do you like Garlic Chicken Thighs?

Hello 
Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening to all my dear mylotters
I woke up in a cold and cool air. It is ok with me. I like cool air than hot weather. I hope it will not rain later so I can have a good walk 
Today, I only like to prepare a very simple Garlic chicken thighs. The chicken are marinated yesterday with soy sauce and lemon. Then I fry the grinded garlic then fry the chicken thighs. The oil I use is olive oil but you can use butter if you like. 
How about you my dear mylotters? Do you like Garlic Chicken Thighs? What are you having for today?

@m_audrey6788 Yes thin strips of rib eye steak, caramelized onion, and provolone cheese on a good hoagie roll. That is an authentic philly cheese steak. Some will add peppers and mushrooms to it. I don't like peppers at all on them, mushrooms aren't too bad.

Sounds scrumptious! I like soy chicken, but adding garlic sounds better. I buy ready made, for a box way too much.

Can't, for not a big fan of chicken, but I like it every now and then, so I buy ready to eat chicken.

@m_audrey6788 Yes, fortunately we have good air conditioning. It would be very rough otherwise, it gets to be over 100 degrees Fahrenheit here.

That sounds excellent. I would try that recipe sometime. I love garlic and it is very good with chicken.

Your way of preparing chicken thighs sounds really good. I've never made them that way and usually bake them in the oven so they're pretty boring. I think I'm going to try it your way and I bet I like them better.
