ways to loose weight

How can i reduce my weight.i mean any exercise or a low calory diet.

Well, first of all its advisable to take balanced diet and eat in an controllable manner. Next dont drink water after eating., Atleast there should be one hour gap before u take water.
Next walk atleast 3-4 kms per day and drink lots of water. Exerccise and do some yoga. That's it!
