I woke early this morning feeling an old friend had come back- or maybe its an old devil? Anyway, my neck crick is back in all its glory. The pain woke me around 3:30. I got up and popped some ibuprofen. Due to the pain pills I can move my head but am exhausted.
It is crazy warm outside. Glorious. I've pushed myself into a little walk around. I took some photos of plum and pear blossoms. I did not get close cause the pear tree is about twenty foot tall and the entire thing is blossoming and that means a ton of happy honey bees. I totally respect bee habitat. I love that those little critters are keeping the world afloat. I say that as I keep my distance from all their buzzy joy.
The photo was shot in Olympia, Washington. Olympia is the capitol of WA. Its about half an hour from my westside house. It is joy and peace to me.

@sallypup You know what is best, have you had exrays etc? I know they found a lot of damage on Al's back when they did am MRi. i just hope your pain level stays manageable. I know about old injuries, I fell down the stairs on my butt when I was 20 and pregnant and I damaged my lower back.

@BelleStarr A long time ago I had some tests done. I can't remember what the results were. How awful about you falling on stairs. Another time in my life I wrestled with a horse and of course the horse won and I started up a life long fun time with my sciatic nerve area.

@BelleStarr I have gone to chiropractors. I quit visiting them a long time ago. My neck is kind of a special thing that I keep away from well meaning folks like chiropractors. When I was a teenager, I lived on a little farm. One day I went out into the pasture to try to find my cat. A Hereford bull rammed me a good one and that involved my neck. I think there has been some damage done and like I said, I try to be careful though at times I am not so great at managaging things. Thanks for the well wishes.

@LindaOhio Thanks. Rufus is living the good life- chasing cats and getting yelled at.
