Loaded Baked Potato Dinner

Not much if an appetite today. Decided on a loaded baked potato for dinner.
I will add the usual butter, cheese, sour cream and skip the bacon bits. And then will call it a day.
Has been a nice quiet day today. Hoping to find something decent to watch later.

A loaded baked potato is a wonderful meal! I've even added chili, at times.
We had baked potatoes for supper, I chopped them up to make a potato salad.
Jay loves to grill meat, which I don't mind a bit.

@CarolDM I know. Rather than buy and bake them ourselves, we buy them there instead.

I went to Orange Leaf for some frozen yogurt, and now I'm having salad left over from lunch for my dinner. I was out feeding the squirrels for a few minutes before I came in.
