Haven't sleep at all

It's 10:00 am here and i haven't slept wink since last night. I don't know why but i'm not sleepy at all. Was that weird? I got a little worried. Yesterday i was doing a lot of things that should be exhausting for me. At noon, i will company my mom to my aunt's house.I'm afraid that's when i'll be sleepy. Have you ever not slept at all in one day?

I often don't sleep all night or don't sleep well,wake up every 1 hour and like that all night long. Yes it happens when I'm worried about something and it happens a lot lately.
I have no advice, but usually I drink coffee believe it or not caffeine makes my feeling better and able to sleep.

I haven't done it in a long time, my girlfriend has a hard time sleeping; a lot of times she won't sleep; but she has to these days because she works. Sounds like insomnia. A lot of things can cause it; like too much coffee or stress or even a bad bed.

I did not sleep last night..it was a horrible night..because I think maybe decaf coffee is not really decaf
