It's been a wild time of things. My depression hopped into the driver's seat last year, and I haven't really shook it off (a little) nor have I written anything at all. I have managed to get the first of my COVID-19 shots, read a lot of books, and coped with medical issues. The arthritis has gotten much worse, especially in my knees -- and oh god, the pain! I did get cortisone shots in both knees. And so far it is working. I still have a lot of pa in, mostly in my back and hips, which is crippling me even more than usual. On the other hand, J has been getting much kinder and more considerate since the arthritis spread. He's even taken over a lot of the cooking! I'm shocked.
