It is raining at the moment / myLot

It is past 10pm here and prior to this, it was very hot here. Now, I was so surprised when I heard the rain fall. There is a strong typhoon in some parts of the country and perhaps the rain is just the effect of it. I love the sound of it and hopefully it will stay for hours because we have not experienced rain, a long rain for a month I think. Once, we only got drizzle. How's the weather there?

The Philippines is within the Pacific Ring of Fire. We always have storms every year like 20 typhoons on average. And they always hit the islands or coastal areas, Here in Metro Manila, we barely feel it.

@Janet357 If I lived in the Philippines, I'd definitely choose the Metro Manila area! Typhoons are destructive

It has been hot the past couple days and very dry. We need your rain badly. I love the rain too, but we barely got any this winter and spring thus far.

Supposedly, it's raining here. But I haven't seen the rain after it graciously visited us in the morning.

I am sorry parts of your area are dealing with a typhoon. It looks dark outside, some rain on the radar but it hasn't begun to fall yet. Still on the cool side for this time of year.
