planning heavily as a distraction, and trying to enjoy my life as it is

So I've been making monthly, weekly, and daily schedule (or to do lists) for the last few months, for several reasons.
1 because I can't remember things well
2 because I almost always do things if they are on my list
3 to make sure everything, especially cleaning, is done on a regular basis
I have had a rough time lately with obsessions, sometimes doing research on a single subject for hours each day. This is "normal" for me, and I am bipolar. So scheduling helps me limit how much time I spend on a single thing.
A few weeks ago I decided enough is enough, and I won't study any of those topics ( conspiracies, esoteric subjects, paranormal etc) because my obsessions get worse when I do. So I started a new hobbie, oil pastels. This doesn't take up enough time, so I am looking for new hobbies now. I am planning to make dolls again, but I need a lot more materials before I can even start.
I would appreciate any hobby suggestions from anyone. Thank you.

I have never been interested in birds, I thought they were pretty boring. That is until I adopted my sister's three parakeets. Lol they are NOT boring:)

Yes I know. I will probably try several things that I have even a passing interest in. Maybe photography. It would get me out of the house more.

I try to keep a "to do " list handy so things get done in an orderly manner.
I love to crochet and it keeps my mind busy.
