Our nation's navy just lost a valuable asset. A submarine made in Germany in 1979 reportedly lost contact during a torpedo launch exercise in Balinese waters. It is feared that the ship named Nanggala 402 sank at a depth of 600-700 meters under the sea. There are approximately 53 crew in it. So far it is not known what caused the accident. We wish you all the best. neighboring countries such as Singapore, Australia and Malaysia have also helped look for it. Hopefully it can be found in a safe condition.

@Fa_Maverick If they were on the seabed the chances of the hulls breaking under the pressure of the sea water and of course the chances of survival were very slim.

Yes. Hopefully it can be found and saved soon. Because the oxygen reserves in the submarine can only last for 3 days.

It is certain that the submarine sank at a depth of 700-800 meters, there is very little chance that the submarine crew, numbering 53 people, can survive. Hopefully the position of the ship can be found as soon as possible. Unfortunately our military doesn't have the sophisticated equipment to get to the bottom.

So true. This is the first time in Indonesian history. Maybe it's because the submarine is too old.

I pray for the souls on board that they are found alive and well.
