How do you like enjoy a buffet and what do you like about having a buffet the most ?

I used to eat a lot of buffet and when I was young, I once have buffet lunch or a buffet dinner three times a week. It was nothing when I was young. However, since I am no more a young person now, I can't eat like that anymore. It is not good for health anyway. But once to twice a year , I think it is still acceptable. I used to enjoy international style buffet more since I could eat different kinds of food from different countries. I enjoy the seafood such as shrimps and crabs. I enjoyed the Indian style food except the spicy and hot chili. I think the food I enjoyed the most at all time will be all the desserts including cakes and ice cream altogether. That's all for me.
