Ghost- Reality or an Illusion??

Hey Everyone
I know it's a different and eccentric topic to discuss here. But I am really curious to know whether it is true that Ghosts really exists??. Why I had this question in mind because today I watched a scary movie called " The Ring" Which is really really scary. Someone who is not comfortable with this genre don't even try to watch the trailer.

I don`t like to watch horror movies. It will not help with my emotional problem

@Princessliza There is nothing to be frightened about. Most of the ghosts are completely harmless.
