I saw this mini crust pizza this morning at the grocery store. I bought one pack of 8 pieces and some sliced pepperoni. We usually have a Saturday movie time together so this was our snack. I always wanted to try making a pizza dough on my own but I am a bit scared.

Never try using yeast yet. I hope I can do pizza dough and flat bread as well. This mini pizzas did have a second batch and it became our dinner. What is your breakfast/lunch/dinner?

I want to eat pizza too, but I forget to buy all the ingredients. I know how to make a pizza crust that only uses baking powder, no yeast. It tastes wonderfully.

It is not difficult to make the pizza dough, the important is to use yeast and let it rest for several ours. I made one with baking powder, but it was not at all a good pizza... not an Italian pizza.

@rakski I watched several videos from Italian chefs specialized in making pizza. I only like the Italian crust, all the others I tried are too dry and "crunchy", not pleasant.

I've never made pizza dough but I used to make homemade rolls all the time. (I tried to make bread loaves but never could get them right. The middle was always still doughy when I tried.) I am eating black grapes and sugar cookies for my breakfast.

never try to make bread. I do not know how to use yeast. This is another challenge for me.

@rakski I know how you feel about making your own pizza dough. I thought just now how nice it would to be able to make my own pizzas but I shy away from things like that so if want buy individuals at the store if they have them. Sounds like a nice meal. I had oatmeal and hot chocolate for my breakfast.

I made something very similar when the family visited about 3 weeks ago. Great hit! We are ordering pizza tonight. I can make a good pizza dough. It’s not difficult.

You should try to make the pizza yourself, nothing is lost by trying. I had a hot dog for breakfast and did not have lunch because I was very full with breakfast, it was delicious.
