Want to be a morning person

Hello guys,
It's been 2 or 3 months, I am not able to get proper sleep. I do something or the other and not able to fall asleep till 2 or 3 AM. Because of this I wake up at 9 or 9:30 AM
From next week, I have to go to office at 10 AM and I am worried what will happen if this continues. I am trying to change my sleep cycle but ends up with sleeping at 2 or 3 AM at night.
What should I do?
My target is to wake up at 5 AM :(

Try not to push it. If you need to, just go to bed when your body is ready, and set an alarm to wake up at your desired time. You'll be tired at first, but you need to adjust your eternal clock slowly. Some people are just not morning people, and it's just not a smart idea to be something you're not.

If I can`t sleep I try listening to soft music and then I`ll start to feel sleepy and go to bed early.
There is no harm in trying. Right? Good luck
