I know I've been low on money quite often. And yes, I've had to ask for money from time to time. But why does it have to come as a shock to some people that I have some money sometimes!! My friend often asks me where did I get the money to buy that?! Or I didn't know you had money to buy that! I see you bought you some new boots she says. And then they'll tell where you can get Free things after you already bought what you needed. Why not tell me when I need it!! I have money sometimes you know!! If you've been broke before, do your friends act surprise when you have money?!

@db20747 People often have a pre-concived perception of a person. Especially one they've known for a while. If you're usually broke, then when you're doing well for yourself, it can be a surprise because it falls out of this pre-concived notion about you that person has formed.

@kaylachan this is a good point! I on the other hand would say that's good they have money. They are financially better off. A person can't stay broke forever.

My FRIENDS keep their noses out of my money business. My real friends and I enjoy each others' good fortunes. Not so uptight about money.

I spend my money in what I want and donĀ“t accept anyone to ask me where it came from.
