I found this study in my email inbox a little while ago. The study does make a whole lot of stress.
A few weeks ago, I was drinking water with lemon in my water bottle every day and did not have so much fatigue. However, I got bored and wanted unsweetened tea in my water bottle. But I get sluggish although there is caffeine in the tea! Does this make sense? I am confused myself.
So, I am getting my water bottle filled tonight with water and lemon ready for me to take to work tomorrow.

I drank a lot of lemon water during my workouts. Kept me refreshed.

my boyfriend, Chris, stopped drinking soda and started drinking water. My mother stopped drinking soda and she drinks cranberry juice.

I have two 48-ounce bottles of water that I drink every day. I don't like iced tea. But, I do drink hot tea. I used to be able to drink caffeine (especially coffee) from the moment I got out of bed in the morning until just before I turned off the light to go to sleep at night. But now, if I have more than one cup of coffee early in the day, I end up wide awake half the night. I segue from caffeinated tea in the morning to herbal tea after that without issue.
You may have read about my arthritic legs (I need a bilateral knee replacement). Well, right now I am in between doctors, so I don't have any prescription medications at the moment. And, I have no interest in CBD. I take an over-the-counter pain pill and apply arthritis cream as needed. And, I also make sure that I am drinking at least 67% of my body weight in water, because the pain in my knees (I have no cartilage) is a lot less when I do.

I just have a glass of warm water with lime juice once in day. Rest of the time it's plain water to keep me well hydrated. I do take soups and buttermilk for my mid meal snacks.
