It's 1:46 by my computer clock, and I have not had lunch yet. I pulled weeds, put dishes away, and then... The manager of the apartments I went to see yesterday called with a bunch of questions, some of which I didn't know the answer to, so I called my boss/my broker to get answers to those. The broker evidently called my brother, who then called me to give me some information and say the manager could call him if there were things he didn't know. The apartment manager emailed papers for me to fill out, mainly about Angel, and I've had to call her vet several times for information--lots of calling back because I forgot to write something down. In amidst all of the calls to the vet I had to call the people who issued her license to see when it would expire. While I was talking to that lady, I found out that Angel's license had already expired, so I renewed it over the phone. At one point my pastor's wife called to say that she had been by the apartments, and she really liked them and hoped and would pray that I would get in. I hadn't finished the application then, and she apologized for interrupting me, but I said I was thankful for the break! I called Angel's license people back to see if they had information about something else--I think only once. And...I think that was it. It's now after two, and I need to take Angel for a walk and have some lunch ! So...that's the way my morning and a little of my afternoon went. Hope all is well with you in your part of myLot land !
