Wednesday morning here in the Philippines and... Today I have decided to do the laundry since the weather is nice, the perfect weather for me, but I have to eat my breakfast yet. So what is my breakfast? Fried. Fried rice (not in the image), eggs and fish

. As much as i wanted to skip rice, I have to, i think i am running our of carbs and i am hypoglycemic, again. Hope everyone is well out there and I will be back later. Hope you had a great day. Hope we all have a great day.

I don't want to skip rice. My friend was on a diet that didn't allow her to eat rice. She was on it for months. Eating boil eggs most of the time. I could see the differences to her body but I don't want to go through that.

hypoglycemia is nothing to play with! Eat right and stay healthy. Not always easy to do, but if we don't do it for ourselves, who will do it for us @Lucky15
