Is it true that sometimes when one one is stressed it is advisable to go drink to your full so that it all fades away?.Another case I witnessed happening in South Africa that you lock yourself in some kind of a room filled with assorted equipment for you to smash to ease you off stress.I wonder if all these methods finish stress off completely or are they temporary?

For me to reduce the stress I usually watch comedy videos and cartoon.

@Nungari1 no other go for me because have to reduce stress otherwise will not be able to deal with customers and tragets

Its best to sleep and the next day everything naturally fades off.

You have to deal with your stress in a calm way. It depends on what is bothering you. You have to analyze yourself on that. Then, try to figure it out on how you can solve it because harmful way can`t help you

Those methods don't work. And if they do, it's only for few hours before you get the problem again. People need God's comfort that they can only get through the Holy Spirit
