Sisters

I have never really had a close relationship with my sister. I tried to fix it and let her borrow alot of money about a year ago. She has never paid me back and we haven't spoken in 6 months. Should I let it go or act on it?

If it were me, it would depend on the amount. I would hint, asking back for the money if it's a lot. But then again, our relationship is really close.

If you need it, you definitely need to ask her about it, even little by little

I say let it go. But, you also need to decide, what's working for you. If the relationship is becoming toxic... letting it go might be the best thing.

She is your sister after all, forget it and be a lesson to you. If your sister acts like that then don't lend her any more money.

Follow it up now and then, but be neutral about it, in how you follow it up and in how you react.
