I am thinking , the multinationals manufacturing vaccines should ensure they have regional centres to ensure equitable access to their products.
Sub-saharan countries which received vaccines( especially Astrazeneca) through COVAX have been affected due to the situation in India.

They are also rushing stuff that w won't be ready for approval for years to come.

Hopefully, priority is given on decentralizing their operations
