Trying to lose weight

I have been working so hard to cut my weight from being over weight I'm 105kgs I have cut 2kgs from 107kg it's not so easy but I'm so grateful for the support my boys and husband are giving me yesterday i skipped the rope over a hundred times and today I walked for 3km, I'm also watching my diet and taking detox drinks... What detoxing drinks work's best for you?

@Nungari1 that good,but don't just start like that ,creat a plan target,you might need a couch,for you to able to me your target.

Do cardio and take less time for rest It helps more

Ihave tried Intermittent fasting - it is not hard, I can eat within 8 hours, first meal is fruit & yogurt with seeds, like pumpkin and sunflowe seeds, and berries - Mango is good too, fresh or dried & soaked.. later lots of veggies etc.. mostly alkaline food In between, healthy teas

Try doing daily morning exercises
Because everything you do in the morning will have its effect whole day
