Do you find it difficult to say the word "No"???

Hi guys,
Hope you all are doing good. I am doing good too. I am someone who likes to speak my mind so when I don't want to do something or don't agree then I don't hesitate to say "No".
I know many people though find it difficult to say No. They feel awkward and bad in order to say it.

Sometimes I can't say no especially if what I'm saying "yes" to is a family matter. But when there is nothing left for me to give then I say "no"

I developed a backbone. So I can be a real force to be wreckened with. But, my husband can be a real pushover. so much so that he'll put up with a lot of abuse.

It was difficult for me before. But when I heard why we need to say at times, I did not find any difficulty saying No to family and friends.
