Another beautiful day... getting back to normal.

It's 10 AM here as I write this post. I woke up at 5 AM without any alarm as my biological clock is set in for that time. I was not in mood to come out of bed feeling a bit lethargic. So I kept lying and read some poems of my mom that she has sent me. She is planning to get them compiled together. While doing some cleaning of one of her old cupboards and bags, she found these lying here and there. Some were written on back of shopping lists and bills too She has sent me pictures of those on WhatsApp and now I am going to help her type them and take them out as a book print. That was my project for summer vacation but then the virus infection delayed it. It was a beautiful morning here and I could hear a lots of birds chirping outside. Had missed there chorus in last few months as traffic and rush was back on roads. Now the same weird silence is back due to lockdown. And the blessings is that the birds are back with their chorus I am getting back to my sleep wake rhythm and also daily routine slowly. Going as per the pace of my body. Yesterday I could make a full meal for my dinner that you can see in picture here. A simple tomato soup with garlic bread. My daughters are happy to have me back in kitchen. After dinner, I could sit for a while with my family and talk with masks on and all covid norms in place.Later i started the 1500 piece puzzle with my younger daughter. My friend had given that a couple of months back but we didn't start it till date due to other things keeping us occupied. Good to get back with my younger daughter with all covid norms in place I am done with morning breathing exercises and meditation. Had my breakfast and cleaned the kitchen shelf. Did cleaning of my room and now I am relaxing a bit half lying in bed. I have kept some small chores on my list...things that will keep me busy but not exhaustive. Looking forward to another good day. Hope all is well in your mylot corner. Stay safe healthy and happy

I am happy to know you are getting plenty of rest and are feeling better all the time. I was worried about you.

@arunima25 I've heard that the virus can cause permanent damage to a person's lungs and body. You should be resting any time you get tired and being slow to get back to doing "normal" things. I'm glad you have lots of things you can do that bring you happiness but don't tire you out.

@DaddyEvil That worries me too. I am more concerned about my daughter. Though she seems to perfectly okay with her energy back, I still say silent prayers for her. Our blood reports are good and don't show any alarming concern. But still we have to be careful. Staying positive and hopeful.Almighty will take care

Thank you. I am going slow and steady and still can't say that I am fully recovered. It has been more than 5 months for my friend to recover from virus. But she still feels some weakness. Heard many saying the same. But I try to be positive and focus now more on my naturopathy way of living...yoga, pranayam ( breathing exercises) and good food with ample rest. And also doing things that make me happy and boost my immunity

@arunima25 I would say the corona has a way of getting in the way of our plans. I also hear the birds singing around here too. A puzzle certainly will take your mind off of things unless it frustrates you. Take care and stay safe.

@Hannihar It is always advisable to listen to our body. Good that you plan to go slow and take some rest. Rest is the best way to heal our body and to get back our energy. You should be feeling energetic later

I am not spending more with puzzles and so not getting frustratedRight now I just have energy to spend some 10 minutes only and doing it with a partner is fun.. Yesterday I missed it as I was low on energy. Instead we chatted and relaxed. You too stay safe and healthy. The virus is still lurking around and has not left any corner of the planet completely.

Good to see you getting back with energy. I hope that you all are fine there. Do you all sit in drawing room wearing masks. I am using mask to take Home Deliveries. Even when I am going to our balcony overlooking society park, I wear mask. After reports of airborne transmission, we are extra cautious and my wife is even much more than I. Wish you a great Sunday ahead.

@arunima25 Yes else so many people keep on watching a lot of news and just accepting those as factual and getting panicked. The most fear spreading news are about air transmission as if the virus flies over hundreds of Kms and infects people.

Yes, when we are in common area, we wear masks and sit with social distancing norms. The labs are not ready for second test for negative report. They say they are overworked and that's the direction from government. The blood reports of ours are quite good and my doctor is not suggesting another test for negative testing. He says follow covid norms at home for two more weeks and then get back to normal. Still sleeping alone and eating separately. I will see if I can get tested again after two weeks for my peace of mind. You are doing right thing. We have to do our best to avoid it. I did all but still got it

Good afternoon. Nice to know that you are getting to normal health condition after the covid infection. It requires lot of time to get back to normal condition. It is more than seven months to my infection and I still do not feel fully recovered. Take care.

That's worrisome! The virus does leave a long lasting effect. I am more worried about my elder one. We both seem okay now and she has got her energy level also back. But as a mother, I say a silent prayer for her everyday. Thank you Anna. Staying hopeful and positive. Sometimes worried if there would be some long term effects on organs. Blood report of both of us is fine. So that's a relief. Keeping fingers crossed and having faith in Almighty.

Mom was not interested in that. My brother and I felt thar we should do it at least for our keepsake. They are precious.. I don't want it to get lost. We are back to normal lives indoors to a great extent. Happy about that and grateful to God and all our well wishers.

We did one some time back and it took a long time doing a bit everyday after dinner. But then we got hang of it and finished the next one in just three days. Let's see how much time this one takes. I was not able to sit and concentrate for more than 10 minutes yesterday. But happy that at least we could start Hope you are having a good weekend.
