Hello Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening to all my dear mylotters
I woke up in a very cold weather today but I will still have a good walk later if it will not rain
Today, I finally found a chopped pork and would love to make the Philippine style of Pork Steak which I learned from both my father and mother. It is very simple but really tasty. First you have to marinate your pork with soy sauce, lemon and sprinkle of pepper for 30minutes at least but I made it for 1 hour to really taste good. Then, Fry the pork chop before pouring the sauce and sliced onions. Then, eat it with steamed rice or mashed potatoes
How about you my dear mylotters? Do you like Pork Steak? What Style you like with your pork? What are you having for today?
I hope you can share it with me here
Have a great day and Happy mylotting

I like pork chops but have never had it cooked that way. It sounds interesting.
When I was a kid, mom breaded pork chops and fried them. We had them with mashed potatoes and fried green beans. YUM!
When I cook them now I don't fry them, though. I layer pork chops into a baking dish with cubed potatoes and green beans on top of them then add bacon, chopped onions, garlic and spices. Then put a can of cheese soup on top and bake this in the oven. It comes out delicious!

Wow! You cook very good. It sounds so good that I want to try that Style How long you must bake it to get a good meat cooked in the oven?

In Indiana (middle of the US) they actually take that piece of pork, bread it and fry it serving it on a bun. It is called Pork Tenderloin!

@m_audrey6788 There was a place we used to go to, that always gave you a pork tenderloin on a bun. but the tenderloin was so big it made the bun look tiny!
