What do you do when you have headache?

I take a couple of Advils

I'm familiar with " White flower " , I get that or other massage oils and liniments like efficascent oil, vicks vapor rub etc..etc.. and massage my forehead, nape, bridge of my nose, shoulders etc etc..

I usually take ibuprofen or acetaminophen/paracetamol.

Take paracetamol, drink barley water and sleep

I take a rest or sleep. I'll feel better the next day

Its either a symptom of certain infection or you have worked a lot for the last days, seek medical attention

I've never heard of "White Flower". It's very rare for me to get a headache. When I do get one, I take a couple of aspirins and put a warm washcloth over my eyes for a while until the headache is gone. (I think the last time I had a headache was a couple of years ago. *shrug*)

I usually think what triggers it. Like if I have not sleep much or maybe have not eaten yet. If I can't think of any, then I take a pain reliever

@m_audrey6788 Sorry to know about the headache! I really hate headaches and I get them often but I usually get this awful one where I have an ache behind my left eye. And other times it could be that along with the forehead aching and an ache in my neck. I've never heard of eukalyptus liquid White Flower before but cool to hear about it! For me, I do some or all in various orders (depend on how bad it is and / or the duration of it) but I usually get a heat pack OR cold pack to put behind my neck. Or cold pack to put onto my head where it's hurting. I drink water and / or green tea. I try to avoid pain killers but if it's really bad and bugging me for ages then I will have two. I will also lay down, close me eyes and listen to some soft music or binaural beats on YouTube that is for headaches. Not sure if it truly works but it is calming which is good.

@m_audrey6788 I take dexamol for mine. It is aspirin but we do not have regular aspirin here. Everyone has their method of curing things. I have not heard of what you do before.

I apply vicks if its a light headache. If its severe, I take the medicine. Hope you feeling better now. Take care

Yes, I'm familiar with white flower embrocation. In fact I have always one. For me if massage don't work I take paracetamol.

Usually when I get a headache it must be because I haven't slept much. So usually I get enough sleep and my headache will heal.

I get headaches mostly when I am hungry for long periods. So I eat and sleep.

Usually take an aspirin and lay down in a dark room and wait for it to go away.

I like to take Tylenol and lie down with a cool cloth on my head. Hope you feel better soon.

I rarely have a headache, but when that happens I mostly wait for it to pass. No, I haven't heard, does it really help?
