Don't wash your face with soap to avoid irritating them.
Avoid eating too much fat and butter. So that your face stops being oily

Have you tried removing dairy from your diet? That could be the cause of your acne. There are plenty of dairy free, plant based alternatives on the market.

Learn to embrace it. You can always wash your face more. But, really I just accepted myself even when others didn't.

based on my experience, I had had acne for 14 years not because of anything else but because i used this product that caused the acne breakout. i tried all kinds of soaps, cheap and expensive, i went to dermatologists, but nothing happened. I just gave up and used this soap, after 14 yrs, it stopped, It will disappear as you grow old, it is sometimes your hormonal activity and there is nothing you can do about it.

I recently read that sometimes acne is caused by a fungal infection rather than the usual bacterial one. The article I read said that Nizoral shampoo or any other anti fungal product can be helpful to treat fungal acne.

Let it be.
It will go out in time.
One shouldn't be embarrassed by anything in them. Whatever there is there's for a reason.
if you still wanna do something about it visit your dermatologist. He/She might be able to help.
