I sent the speakers I've been working on home with their owner this past Thursday. I charged $160 for the restoration, and the owner gave me a $20 tip. He's a middle-aged audio nut like me and said he really appreciates the care I put into my work. I try to be "ego-free," but I fail often. It's nice to get some strokes now and again. So I will head to the bank today and deposit my cash and a check from the "legitimate" (non-flaky) preschool. I was supposed to stop at the flaky preschool yesterday afternoon, work an hour, and get paid for last month. But the flaky preschool lady didn't return my call. I wonder if I'll ever see the $200 or so she owes me. How is your Saturday shaping up?

I have been working online, including buying groceries online for Dixie while she is on a sort of spiritual voyage. She invited me but I declined. I´m not religious and I guess I missed my chance.

I wouldn't hold my breath on f getting that owed money, if the preschool in question is known to be a flake. Glad you made some extra cash.

I’m having lunch, then I’m going over to see my brother and give him some of my face masks, then go shopping/meandering through Bass Pro Shop. We have a really cool BPS here, has a stream running through the middle of the store.
