Do people there still go out at 11pm?

Am just wondering if people in your area still go out at 11pm onwards. Here, the whole surrounding gets dead. We like it though because no one smokes in the parking lot.
Before pandemic, people barely slept. Now, it looks like a desolate place from 9pm onwards. And at midnight, you see no one.

they still go out here.
No one can smoke in my house so my 2 kids have to smoke outside

Yeah, this is so funny. We have had a lockdown at 9 pm and only now, almost a month later you can see people on the streets after that hour.
Like you, I'm happy too, to be alone on our streets between 9 and 11 pm when I like to take my regular walks.

Yes. We have a curfew at 9pm no one must be outside but of course there are still a few that goes out because of work

@Janet357 Yes we have curfew here. Yes. It is very cold here for now but on summer time it is really hot

well in my neighborhood nobody goes out after 11 am.

Nope 2 hours window in the morning.
9 am to 11 am.
You need to get everything you want in hose two hours.
or is it 8 to 11. not entirely sure but only a window of 2-3 hours, max.

No and it is because of the curfew. Plus, most of the establishments are closed so there is really no place to go to at that time.

Oh, I used to. Now the only place I go at 11 PM is bed.

Rules her in our place in Pampanga, Philippines is more stricter. Curfews is from 8pm to 5am. No one rooms around outside the houses when 8pm arrives. Sometimes it really made me sick, staying early in the house or can't even accommodate friends and visitors in my own home.
